PlantLore
Install PlantLore on your phone
PlantLore works like an app: an icon on your home screen that opens straight to your plant. No app store needed.
iPhone or iPad
- 1Open heritage.plantlore.ai in Safari. (Chrome on iPhone can't add apps to the home screen.)
- 2Sign in.
- 3Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up.
- 4Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- 5Open PlantLore from the new icon and sign in once more. iPhone keeps home-screen apps separate from Safari.
Android
- 1Open heritage.plantlore.ai in Chrome.
- 2Sign in.
- 3Tap Install on the card at the top of the page. Or open the ⋮ menu and tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- 4Open PlantLore from the new icon.
- The app keeps nothing from your company on the phone. Fixes, photos, and files stay on PlantLore's secure servers, so a lost or shared phone holds no plant data.
- You don't need the app to scan a machine's QR label: your phone's camera opens it either way.
